Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Knivik, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
Usage Limit: To prevent abuse of our AI resources, refunds are only eligible if you have used less than 10% of your monthly signal quota (e.g., fewer than 100 signals for Pro plans).
After the 14-day period or if the usage limit is exceeded, all sales are final. Please carefully review our features and the Free plan before upgrading. To request a refund, please email support@knivik.xyz.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
3. Exceptions
We use Dodo Payments for payments, and as a Merchant of Record, they are the data controller of your checkout information. You can read how they handle your data in the Dodo Payments Privacy Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, DodoPayments.com, who also handles all customer service inquiries and returns.
